If you have any questions, don\u2019t hesitate to reach out \u2013 we\u2019re here to help!<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udd25<\/strong><strong> Fire Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each room is equipped with a fire alarm system, all of which are linked throughout the house.<\/li>\n<li>Emergency lighting on the landing and staircase is on 24 hours a day for your safety and cannot be turned off.<\/li>\n<li>Please <strong>read the Fire Safety Card<\/strong> located on the dressing table in your room.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of an alarm, <strong>follow the instructions on the Fire Card<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The family lives on-site and will assist with evacuation during the night if necessary.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Candles and open flames are not permitted<\/strong> in guest rooms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udeb0<\/strong><strong> Water<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We <strong>strongly recommend drinking the fresh water provided<\/strong> in your room.<\/li>\n<li>Please avoid using water from the taps in the bedroom for drinking purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcf6<\/strong><strong> WIFI &amp; Mobile Signal<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>WIFI Network: <strong>bt guest<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Follow the on-screen instructions to connect.<\/li>\n<li>Please note: Connectivity can be <strong>inconsistent<\/strong> due to our remote moorland location.<\/li>\n<li>There is <strong>no mobile phone signal<\/strong> in the village.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udfe1<\/strong><strong> House Features &amp; Accessibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ceilings:<\/strong> Some ceilings are low due to the historic nature of the building.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Steps &amp; Levels:<\/strong> There are uneven floors and various levels throughout.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stairs:<\/strong> The spiral staircase is steep \u2013 please always <strong>hold the handrail<\/strong> when using the stairs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rugs and thresholds:<\/strong> Watch for trip hazards, and we recommend suitable indoor footwear with grip.<\/li>\n<li>If you have mobility concerns, please notify us in advance for suitable assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83e\uddf3<\/strong><strong> Luggage Assistance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are happy to assist with <strong>carrying luggage up and down the stairs<\/strong>.
